The focus group was dedicated to the improving of quality of services provided to elderly people. After the discussion, the representative of the Bulgarian partner had the chance to present E- care project and its outcomes. The focus group was comprised by experts from the ‘’Social patronage’’, heads of departments of Social care and Social protection agency, psychologists and caregivers, from elderly homes, as well as family members of people with profound disabilities.
